After Unrest split in 1994, Mark Robinson (together with Unrest guitarist / singer Bridget Cross) formed Air Miami, bringing new drummer Gabriel Stout into the fold. The band's first public appearance came on the 4AD compilation All Virgos Are Mad, which appeared at the beginning of 1995 and included the track "Fight Song". Air Miami's debut release was the combatively-titled "Fuck You, Tiger" EP, and the album "Me, Me, Me" followed shortly afterwards. Air Miami was a fairly shortlived project, but they did produce one further release (an EP entitled "World Cup Fever Remixes") which appeared on Tigerbeat (after the band broke up) in 1998.
