Ahead of the release of album debut Do Hollywood and on the eve of a six-week north American tour with Sunflower Bean, The Lemon Twigs have announced their first official European tour including a performance in London’s Moth Club – their first headline London show since their sold-out Sebright Arms debut in August. Tickets for all shows go on sale this Friday morning, with a London pre-sale available exclusively via DICE now.
The Lemon Twigs were the musical guests on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon earlier this week. Brothers Brian and Michael D’Addario, alongside friends Megan Zeankowski (bass) and Danny Ayala (keyboards) performed a blistering live rendition of their single ‘These Words’. Watch the footage below.
Released on October 14th 2016, Do Hollywood is the D’Addario brothers’ debut album, recorded in Los Angeles, California with production by Jonathan Rado of Foxygen. Brian and Michael have been playing rock music since they were old enough to walk and talk, mastering every instrument they could get their hands on and writing and performing everything together (they alternate writing credits and instruments on Do Hollywood). Mining inspiration from every era of rock, they have crafted richly sophisticated baroque-pop songs into a ten-track tour de force – the perfect introduction to the world of The Lemon Twigs.
